The rooftop area offers fine views of the surroundings.
The furniture in my room felt shabby and worn out. I also struggled with leaks in the taps.

The location was magnificent and perfect, relatively near Niagara Golf Trail.
Nothing not too like.

My room was comfy and beautiful and complete with comfortable beds and a decent sized fridge, for example. The location was great and absolutely perfect close to Everything. The lunch in Armando"s Place right next to the hotel had every choice imaginable.

The coffee at the cafe was a good way to start the day! Plus, the fresh culinary options nearby, like Adriatico and La Postal Bucerias, kept our taste buds dancing. The staff were excellent in handling our requests.
While the lively ambiance next to the lobby cafe was entertaining, the constant clatter made it tough to relax in our room. With no comfortable seating and only a hard wooden bench, it wasn't easy to unwind after a long day.

Location: the hotel was not far from mexican bazaar and great restaurants, beach, close to buses and the market. Stopped by Organi-k to get some coffee and treats, it's close to the venue, recommend.

The property seemed fairly clean and the room was comfortable. The staff were honest and welcoming, it was a bonus. I found the hotel's location great and unbeatable, just next door to great restaurants, beach, close to buses and the market and lots of restaurants within easy walking distance.

The older rooms have a quirky charm, and the rates. The hotel environment gives a sense of local character-a nice touch amidst the hustle of vacation life.
The building clearly needs some serious TLC. Rooms had persistent issues-a leak in the taps, uncomfortable beds that dampen relaxation, and a faint, musty odor from the air conditioning. The lack of basic kitchen utensils in the kitchenette really limits practical use.

The pool was warm and inviting. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach and bustling local markets. I faced some major issues with my room. I booked a kitchenette, but my room had nothing useful, not even a coffee pot. Instead of the promised pool view, I stared at a retaining wall just a foot away from the window. The room felt outdated and wasn't as clean as I expected. Communication with the staff was frustrating. They didn't resolve my concerns. Nice pool and location, but prepare for a letdown with some room specifics.

Had a blast with friends! The location is perfect. We explored the nearby beach and hit local galleries. The hotel offered a nice pool setting, great for chilling after our excursions. If you're looking for a budget-friendly place that's close to everything, this is it. Service was solid.
We faced an issue with the shower head in our room. It could really use an upgrade for a better experience.
